Led product strategy and delivery for a hospitality-focused lead scoring platform trained on tens of thousands of successful, closed hotel bookings. The platform helps sales teams prioritize leads and understand the factors behind each score, with a 36% improvement in lead close rates.
Led product design and delivery for a unified admin suite managing company-wide biometric devices with direct API integrations for fingerprint and iris data. The platform tracks last-seen locations, scan timestamps, and enables rapid enable/disable controls; consolidating three legacy systems, cutting hundreds of thousands in annual licensing, and reducing training, onboarding, and daily ops overhead.
Marketing teams were shipping landing pages fast, but each launch introduced accessibility gaps and ADA exposure. I led product and design work for a conversion tool that audits existing pages and produces WCAG 2.1 AA-ready versions with accessible color, semantic structure, focus order, and alt text handled before pages go live.
RaidLink is a cross-network raid scheduling platform for gamers playing with friends scattered across services like Battle.net, Steam, Discord, and Xbox. It brings raid planning, player availability, and character information into one place.
